- Sign into your account
- Find the items you want to buy by searching/browsing our Shop by category.
- Add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart with the “Add to Cart” button
- Click on "View Cart & Check Out", and Proceed to Checkout
- Enter your shipping information and select that address
- Select your payment information and click the “Continue” button to complete the transaction
Q.2 Can I change my delivery address after placeing the order ?
No, you cannot change your delivery address after your order is been placed.
Q.4 How do I add or remove products after placing my order ?
Once your order is placed you will not be able to make changes in your order.
Q.5 How do I check status of my order ?
You can check the status of your order by going to My Account > My Orders > Check if your order is processing or completed.
Q.6 What is the minimum order for delivery ?
The Minimum order value for placing an order is Rs.499/-. There is a delivery charge of Rs.50/- for every order.

When you have successfully placed an order, you will see an order confirmation page. You can also check by going to My Account > Dashboard > My Orders to see your order details.
Q.9 How do I know If products from my order are unavailable ?
When a product from your order is unavailable, you will receive a Call/E-mail from our Customer Care.
Q.11 What do I do when I don’t receive some products in my order ?
We try to ensure availability of all products on our website. However due to unforeseen issues as explained previously, there is a possibility that we may not be able to supply a product after it was ordered by you. Our customer care team will Call/E-mail to inform you about the products that cannot be delivered.
Q.1 How do I change my shipping address ?
You can change your addresses by Signing into your Account > My Account > Addresses > Edit Address you want your order to be delivered to or Add a new Address by Clicking on +”.
Once the order is been placed, shipping address can't be changed.
Q.2 Do you deliver to multiple addresses ?
We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you’d like us to deliver to multiple addresses, split up your purchases and send them as separate orders to different addresses. You can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.
Q.3 Can someone else receive my order on my behalf ?
Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address.
